As topic…I actually have no idea…I used to get a lot of them before the card system change.
Prison break event (ending in 2 days) gives prison cubes (reroll twice), which give boss cubes. Reroll all boss cubes and you’ll get 3-4 cards on average per night, even more if you manage to full clear prison event (6 prison cubes) or if you’re lucky with the boss cubes.
I managed to make a 10 star card just from this event alone
Hunting off lowbie/unpopular world bosses for easy cubes.
I find better odd with runs that have more boss fights:
-C.Mines, Fedi’s merc mission has 7 bosses in it, it’s a nice bonus while solo ore farming.
-Canyon(6bosses) and Mausoleum(7bosses) of Saalus mission*
*it’s RNG tho which mission you’ll end up with.
Rush DG 50. Drops only Talt, Silver Bar, Gold Bar, and card, and the re-roll is 20k. Get one Silver Bar and you’re covered. I average 1 card per box. 
It also drops some shitty gear now,but the rates for the things you’ve mentioned(the good stuff) are still good.
The lv50 dungeon is really the best way to do it. You’re almost guaranteed to get at least 1 card every three rolls, and it’s also a steady way of making money early on (since a reroll is only 20k and each card sells for about 100k on my server). Easy peasy.
The only downside is it’ll still take awhile to get enough cards to level one that way, unless you already have a bunch of alts that can rush through it.
Dullahan and Abom would be the easiest way to get cards. Also low level dungeon.
190 used to be good, but now its garbage for cards… they must have nerfed the card rate from the cubes.
Farm mats then trade them to boss cards.
Rush 290, buy card.
For 50 dungeon not so good, is cheaper but you are still losing money.
Or you could roll an actual character and solo the entire 290 in 20min and get 2-3 artilionium a day on top of the 150k silver a run plus another 100k off the trash. I get atleast 2 artilionium a day, so thats 750k raw silver plus 1.6mil from the ores, 2.4mil on the days I get 3.
