It does not matter if your have the best damage. If you don’t have any CC, you will probably loose. Your build is good for PVE and fun on GvG. Or, if you are lucky and your partner is a CC class, it might work on PvP.

Cyro kyno still the best?

CryoKinoSage is best wiz in pvp imo. But Cryo Ele also works cause electrocute.
