They’re all good. It would probably depend on what you want to achieve. Personally I’d choose opt1
Thanks! My concern with option 1 is that i won’t have enough damage if i go full con or almost full con, what do you think? 
Yeah you probably won’t. But the point of that build is for CC. If you want to give up some CC for some damage, then take the W3 Kino3
Option 1 is very good on GvG. Seen some videos with all his CC hitting 2-4 players and rotating them on cooldown.
I’m not sure on 1on1, the CC it offers is really good but I’m not experienced on the damage dealt with this build or encountered one at all.
Is the dps difference significant between W3 Kino 3 and cryo 3 kino 3 ?
according to the responses i’ve gotten, yes, it is significant, either you want more cc and sacrifice dmg or more dmg and sacrifice cc!
Would the extra damage spells that you get for cryo 2 help breakeven ?
