you should peek majority of top scout players(non SR) and you will foundout 90%+ wearing divine punishment, unless they focus in another content like cm/ds/bernice you may also find storm
SR will likely wear swift or some ppl also wear storm for better aoes
as for thunder you may give it a go if you heavily dot style type who just focusing on bossing
