Omg those were the days.
Yeah bro. We had a lot of patience

It was between Runescape, Endless Online and Maplestory
Runescape, now is Darkscape
Kermit Here
My first MMO was Ultima Online back in 2000. Good times.
Like many others, it was RO.
mine was ragnarok⦠around 2004 ā¦haha
the pc shop ( near my school ) where i used to play at back then had its own private server ( just around 12 players, me and my classmates were the top players XD )
and outside that pc shop i play an official RO ( ROph, back when i was still in ph )
Runescape in 2001 when it was released. Moved on to RO with a guild that I found and from there spread to various games like Fairyland online, Conquer online etc. Played close to a hundred MMOs since then.
iRO beta, early 2003. I took a few months off from RO after beta ended, and played Mu Online a lot. Eventually, I went back to RO and played it continuously for 8 years. I tried other games as well, like FlyFF, but nothing ever recreated that feeling RO provided.
Runescape. I played that 2004 and later Flyff.
Tibia and Ragnarok Online, in 2005. Good times.
Ragnarok Online - 2002.
Played a knight(60~ LvL) leveled in prt_maze01 ( I belive
)
Not sure if it counts but Diablo 2. Introduced me to the online multiplayer and RPG elements that solidified my love of the genre. Though I was so young that I was completely lost.
I didnāt truly grasp MMORPG until World of Warcraft, which was a pretty immense experience for being my first. I remember running into Ironforge for the first time as a lowly mage gnome, seeing the size of the statues at the entrance and nopeāing right out. I just wasnāt ready to comprehend the size of the game yet.
I wish I could return to such innocence again.
Ragnarok Online in 2004
EverQuest my first MMO started it in 98 and now my first free to play MMO worth mentioning perfect survival
the first MMO sports game Iāve played online worth mentioning albatross 18/Pangya
video for Pangya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fso3n9elGCc
my first unique MMO Valkyrie sky a bullet hell mmorpg
video for Valkyrie sky https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lW2p_aHPWzk
After bit of research think i played RO from around 2002 to 2004.
Found the game inherently charming i managed to find lots of fun ways to level.
Still remember sitting in the safe cross in the middle of glastheim churchyard while waiting for the mana to recover to go out and healbomb couple of high lvl undeads again.
Later at higher lvls as a priest went there again and did my own community service mana restore parties to support the low level acolytes and then when the dark lord boss spawned hunting it, good times.
My first MMO was a game called Legend of Ares . As where I started in 2013 at age 13 and it was a wonderful experience for my first time of PC gaming. The combat was very simple and grindfest of a game but the thing that really pulled me in was the community itself with the concept of two sides called Empire and Alliance waging war against each other. So yeah there was a lot of PK-ing but the feeling of a guild as a family or overall the side you was on felt great like you had hatred for the other side you was against so that feeling. (Yeah not real hatred just that into it so RPing I suppose) Loved it.
I was a beta tester for the original Maple Story, which was probably my best experience beta testing Iāve ever had. I also played Toon Town, Ragnarok Online, Furcadia, and Runescape. I have probably played a lot of others that just didnāt embed themselves in my memory so readily. I wish I had registered in time to be part of TOSā beta, but I am a patient one.
Mine was the original WoW, then Ragnarok Online. My Sage was amazing Q~Q
RAGNAROK ONLINE!!! 2002 and Gunbound 2004
