My first MMO I played was Destiny online in 2007 loved that game, I was so devastated when it just suddenly shut down with no announcement or anything 
And I have been playing 100s of different MMO since then. I am an MMO fanatic xD

I am happy to say that it was RO. 
Played a couple online games before that, but weren’t MMOs (wasn’t into them back then).

I think it was actually RO back in like… early 2005 or a little bit earlier, maybe 2004 or something.
I remember being a complete idiot back then and the resolution was off for my monitor so the entire game was flipped 90 degrees to compensate, ended up having to lie the monitor on its back to play and look down on the game like some otherworldly being.

Mu online in 2004 or 2005
Everquest was my first mmo 13 years ago. I consider classic EQ, FFXI and RO as my best experiences with MMOs and others have failed to impress me since (Archeage had much potential until the effects of the cash shop fully rolled in)

Mine was Nexus TK waaaay back in the day. After that, a ridiculously high amount of MMOs including Ragnarok Online.

Same here. All began with RO, don’t know exactly when, 2004 i guess. Indeed good times. Still remember the “first 99” of each class and the hype associated.

Anarchy Online back in 2002, followed by RO in 2004.
Ultima Online back in 1996-ish, Pacific server. Still remember my old guild mates from the Elite Dragoon Guard. That name really brings back the nostalgia.
Mu and Conquer Online in 2005, Conquer PVP was awesome <3, there was no quest at all, all you had to do is kill monsters or other people <3 If someone kill you, you lost ~20% of your bag

Ultima Online, Phantasy Star Online, and Ragnarok Online were my first.
I had played Maplestory a bit… but Mabinogi captured my heart more than any other MMO to this day. Unfortunately it didn’t last long…
