Just want to know how the team name was reseted? It (name) was just deleted from server and all acounts become unnamed? Then it happens? Then maintence was done and servers up or then we login to our team servers?
Why i ask? I have lost my team name because of that. Login to the game on april 6th and renamed my team, then wanted to rename my team on another server and gues what? It’s already exist. How?) i just renamed it, so it must be not occupied. SO HOW this event was organized? And why our favorite developers have not come up with another way to solve the problem? Some sort of a scroll to rename it when WE want.
different servers use same teamnames, for example if you named your team “gidrazys” on Fedimian you’ve also taken the same name on “Orsha”.
Err…Nope. If it was that you say where’ll be no problem. Because for example on Orsha i named my team “gidrazys”, And then the Fedimian server is up. You say i can create the team with the same name “gidrazys”? Nope. It says me that name gidrazys is exist. Is it the reason that this event with team name reset was made. Because accounts on Orsha (or else) wanted to take their names with them on Fedimian till the free transfer come to live.
I might’ve been a bit confusing. What I meant is that both Fedimian and Orsha share the teamname database, meaning if you take “gidrazys” on Fedimian it will also be taken on Orsha, and you can’t pick up the same name on Orsha for your team in that server, since you already took it for Fedimian.

situation - I have name “gidrazys-1” on Orsha. Fedimian server up, and i made a team with name “gidrazys -2” on Fedimian. Then on april 5th my team name on Orsha reseted. (because of my ticket). Ok. I’ve login on 6th on Orsha and saw that my team name(gidrazys-1) is reseted. Ok. So i thougth i can change it on Fedimian. It turned out that it is not. And my name was exist already(((
The worst of it that the game team still not answered on my ticked about all this.
Just simple answer - “Yes we messed up a little. Sorry.” Just avow it.
Or they explain to me where I’m wrong.
