I did a quick search on this and no one seems to mention what type of enemies do and don’t bleed.
Mutant and some Demons are immune to bleeding iirc(needs confirmation).
Also, Corsair’s Keel Hauling can make anything(sans bosses) bleed when its bleed attribute is on.
I’ve managed to make the golem boss (mutant) in the siaulai raid bleed, using highlanders crosscut.
I think enemies with ghost type armor might be immune to bleeding.
