Will the gvg rank change sometime? I’m just seeing 99% of my server everything neutral has no war do you have any news? What’s going to change or something? Or something you wish you had in GVG?
There are distinctions to GVG:
The first is World GVG, which can be done with when the guild leader of a guild declares war on another guild by selecting an option from the enemy guild tower, this can only be done if BOTH guilds are NOT IN NEUTRAL STATUS. this makes all members of opposing guilds able to PK each other in any maps apart from town. you are also unable to queue into opposing members in dungeons.
The second is Arena GVG, this is when the guild leader selects to join during specific times, when the leader selects this option, a box will appear for every guild member asking if they want to join in. After the queue pops, ALL members who accepted the invite will teleport to a BIG arena, this arena will have up to 8 locations for which your guild tower will spawn in. the objective is to kill the enemy guild’s guild tower, you have a 10/15 min time limit and if the tower isnt destroyed by then, the winner is the guild who kills the most people. When you die in Arena GVG, your character will respawn back at the guild tower after 15-20 secs or so.
Arena GVG is across SERVERWIDE - this means that you can potentially face guilds in other servers of klaipeda, fedimian, orsha, telsiai, silute, varena. there is also a potential of facing multiple guilds at once in a FREE FOR ALL format.
Currently Arena GVG is disabled by IMC, but it was enabled in the past.
The instanced guild war seemed lame.
Hopefully IMC implements a better Openworld GvG, where guilds can plant a ‘colony/flag’ and claim a map and get incentives. players get to destroy/defend these colony/flag during weekly events. it could be a rank3 Templar build.
Don’t expect much. before the GvG arena was exploited for bonus 300 TP or less. Match fixing and ddos script kids will ruin your experience. On the local GvG. prepare for salt, whine and trashtalks from over the head guilds, not all are scum but you’ll met one sooner or later. That’s why most guilds this days are neutral, there’s nothing to be gained from Guild wars aside from bragging rights or salt.
They did say they will improve open GvG “soon”. but i’m think it will just be a whale-only feature. If you are a free player you need to work very hard to catch up with Leticia players in Open GvG.
I’m just hoping they’ll focus on Guild content soon. I enjoyed when they raised their minimum member cap to 50. So it’s nowhere but up from here I guess?
