What to do when stuck in a CommanderLoadFail with only ONE channel?

Bug Description : Character is stuck in an area with only ONE channel so just cant connect at all.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Bug Description : Character is stuck in an area with only ONE channel so just cant connect at all. I was entering a map and then it shows Commanderloadfail . And then I cant logging the game anymore. There is only ONE CHANNEL. Another Character is working ok. Just the one show on the picture has problem
