So recently we had a massive ban wave for those that opened the mystical cube more than once a day because of others crashing their channels.
How should we proceed if someone crashes the channel and our Mystical Cube’s cooldown get resetted? Do we wait 24 hours to open it? When is it safe to open it again?
At this point I can’t even give you a straight answer considering what happened to that guy with Vaca’s whole TBL thing. Staff can say one thing and support the other but you end up being banned anyways.

If you wait for 24hours they won’t have any reason to ban you since you wouldn’t have abused anything by then. That is if logic applies here.

People are still crashing channels left and right at Silute and the mystical cube reset thing can still happen.
Dont mind the reset, just open 24 hours from last time you opened it. My cube also reset twice in last 2 weeks, i know the time so i just wait 24 hours, still not banned.
Just open a ticket reporting it and ask for the item u got the time u open it before crash and open it like always in the next day.
For real, until now, this Practonium Cube case mass ban make me sick.
This case was the apex of put the dirty under the carpet.
I cant even tell you an answer to your question, because this make so sick I can be banned for throwing the truth that will be considered abusive, because the truth hurt. I believe I can be already be considered an Toxic Player, since I barely can do some answer without an agressive aproach, because is impossible to be calm on this.
Best thing to do? Patience, don’t worry about silver or be top one, or get your practonium or whatever you want so soon, or whatever you can do to be the best, just dont worry to this things, because in the end, can be all useless if anything unexpected happen. Just play the game, wait for another Box or stop play, simple like that.
And just for note, I dont know VacaOverPower and dont know nothing from him. (just telling, because for my answer can appear that I’m joining his side and starting an incineration here). Just telling the truth from My point.
