Switch channel!
Happened to me a couple of time that the game seemed to freeze blocking every interaciont with NPCs and blocking progression… switching channel seems to solve it, at least it did for me
It usually works, but right now it seems that the whole game bugged after the addition of the 3rd server …

Yep. I made the mistake of logging out because of the NPC quest issue and now I can’t log back in. Selecting a server and hitting enter does nothing.
I expected a few issues, but this is a bit more than I expected.
I just used it and it unstucked me out of a freezed quest
