What to do before the great rebalancing?

1.- Stop playing for the moment because it’s a waste of time?

2.- Just login to buy and sell stuff, acumulate silver?

3.- Keep the blessed shards or sell them?

And for sure I’m forgetting a lot of things. What do you think? What will you do in these times of total uncertainty to be ready and well prepared for the next “We will change everything” thingy?

it’s not a waste of time, it’s upto you to play or not, but i came back because of that new booster pack event, it’s such a smooth ride to 290 i never thought i would ever get lazy for quests :cat:

Recommend you to level very easy to level builds to rank 8 class 1, and reset for free later without having to do class advancement. You will have all shop and crafting characters, silver farm characters, …any character you would like.

Keep an eye on ktos/ktest item changes. If their blessed shard price changes, buy all shards here & sell later. If crit items become more worth -> buy now & sell later, if popular items become unworth -> sell them now, just the common stuff.

It’s not a waste of time, but I do understand what you’re saying, because the game is going to get so much better the current gameplay feels devalued.

Silver is future proof. Investing in attributes will also work as you’ll be able to move them into other skills when the Balance Update comes.

Keep up until at least Stage 7, then either keep going or begin selling. There’s not enough info to determine the price of Blessed Shards post update though,

In the mean time, running alts if you like doing that could be good use of your time, and going for at least Lolopanther but preferably Solmiki so you know you’ll be top tier when more content comes out.

How is leveling chars up, gathering silver and getting better items a waste of time? It’s not like the update will give you free levels, free silver or free endgame items.

Not to mention that playing a game you enjoy is not a waste of time, because you are having fun. And if that’s not the case and you play TOS although you don’t have fun playing it… well, why you are you playing a game you don’t enjoy?

Sell shards because it would be easy to acquire them in the future. Yea overall its a waste to invest in everything now including attributes. Better hold your silver and equips with high crit value (green gems, sissel etc). All you have to do now is sell and sell and lvl up.

These updates are going to be applied to our kTOS test server in April of 2017, and will likely arrive in iTOS in the early summer of 2017. We’ll make sure to announce any further details or modifications as they come up.

My guess is June.

Lets be Realistic its imc … i bet on end august/september.

Joking aside, IMC has been increasing their Staff size with the intention of increasing development speed and quality of updates, unless their expected release date changes June seems the most likely. Looking at how the updates go on KTEST will give us a good idea on how they’re progressing.

4 - Keep making pointless posts about something that hasn’t even been implemented even in testing servers.

5 - If patch is live in testing servers, read about the new mechanics instead of posting pointless speculation.
