What to do at endgame content?

Last days i have been searching for make a good solo build, but i ever result on the same build with my wiz, or is good for grinding or is good killing bosses, so i want to know what is more important of this both at the endgame, because in some games the important part of the game when you want some good items you have to kill bosses, but here i’m not really sure. please guys help me to understand.

The only endgame here is you either no-life the game or become a dual-wielding credit card warrior.

If you decide to purely no-life the game without monetary assistance:

  1. Find a good, competitive guild

  2. Find a regular Solmiki team

  3. Create an army of alts to farm sh~t; use different steam accounts if you must

  4. Join TBL while struggling against credit card warriors to the end of time

  5. Be a cleric

Of course, all of the above can easily be beaten with going full whale.

End game?

  • Find friends or guild to help you out to reach max level
  • Re roll
  • Dailies
  • Be a credit card warrior(if you cant then farm for cancerous mats and equipments).
  • Pvp doesnt exist unless you are a cleric
  • Get disappointed in wasting your time and quit.

well but you dont answer my question, at the endgame, is most necesary a boss killer or the grinding?

That is what you will do once you reach 330. Literally nothing but dailies or world boss and shiz. What do you expect? competitive stuff? PVP/ TBL is a total mess so et/solmiko might work for you… The answers are already there lol.

farm, dailies, or participate in the unbalanced pvp. Thats the end game.

Basically End Game Content is sort of like getting ready for the next content they release.

Saalus ( Shards for Transendence)

Earth Tower Raid that has 40 floors. (you get items for gear that drop every 5 floors but if you move to the next floor you give up the last 5 floors reward for chance for better gear higher on)

290/315 Dungeons+

PVP Arenas 2vs2 and 5 vs 5

Guild Wars if your part of guild that into that.

Farming SOME crazy Low .5% drop. Like your skill specific monster gem/Ingridents for ur 315+ weapon. Or stalking area were the world boss spawns for chance out of boss cube to get rare recipe.

FUN time with Friends…

their Good amount to do daily… outside of farming. about 3-4 hours a day just to do dailies. ( 3 dungeon runs, 2 Saalus Runs, 3 Missions Runs, 2 Runup hill, and 5-10 PVP Matches, and 2 Earth Tower Runs)

There’s honestly barely any end game contents.
And the few there are are really unbalanced, depend heavily on a stupid low % drop chance, and overall barely rewarding.
You should just level first a toon that you enjoy playing until like 315, and once you’ve realized how lame end content is you recreate other characters solely to farm things or to do PvP (or you quit, I guess).

By the way, even World Bosses aren’t that rewarding.
At some point the cubes will give you talt most of the time, they’ll cost a lot of money to reroll, and you’ll mostly end up with Talt again anyway (I love how much they troll their players: “Let’s put talts in a 500k reroll cube !”)
Most of the WB worth hunting are actually lower level, so it’s not like you even need to make an amazing crazy WB hunter toon.

Indeed my good sir, end game is all about being fashion.
Costumes > new bugs > contents > balancing > fix bugs > eliminate bots, rmt

It’s funny how I could imagine all the bitter troll answers from you guys even before I finished reading OP’s post :joy:

standard mmo endgame, farm instances (gear) until you puke or do pvp and complain about balance 24/7 until your friends left or force you into a new game

the thing is, 54k people left not having a taste of IToS end game, how cool is that? :joy:

well, 70% + of them left because of technical launch issues+ bot madness

not sure what your point is

well

70% that causes 48k people to quit during march-april-may 2016 still exist now jan2017

not sure if u able to see the point

yep

end game is farm eq n pvp but farming is meh in tos n pvp is hue

yep

did u get my point?

So farming you mean hunt bosses? Or hunt mobs to make recipes?

some bosses drop material/good cards, im not sure, u need to check the boss droplist…
but worldboss is another monopoly… whoever control boss spawn time gets to kill it

there is no storyline boss like lichking in wow etc.

farming eq so u can go higher content, like farming virtov so u can go rank8 content etc

or farm eq so u can top50 pvp

almost similar to all mmo

and like most mmo, tos has balance issue

there u go

huehuehue

If you are looking for a good solo build for all endgame content, do Cleric2 - Diev3 - Priest/Miko/Oracle - PD2. (Rank 6 is mostly up to you, all of them are good)

With the right gear and put enough silver into the PD skills, you will outdamage just about everyone. This is a good build for solo play, grind/quest/dungeon party, WB, GvG, ET and just about everything else you want to do.
