They usually work on Tuesdays, as it’s a day they do scheduled maintenance work. I wouldn’t expect any current problems to be eliminated properly until then.

no , they need people in north america so they wont be cluelss about what happned during our day. the whole klapedia server is dead. most people cant play, been like that for atleast 18 hours 4 am - now Eastern time
they usualy come to work between the hours of Server Crash and Forum Riot.
