What the heck? (Psychic Pressure)

With yesterday’s reset, I added kino3 to one of my wizard’s build to complete some missing maps. Since I would have to navigate and probably kill mobs with that build, I chose some offensive kino skills for that build. Psychic Pressure was tagged as “hot”, so I maxed it and added the skill to the quick bar. But really wtf with this skill?

  1. It works only on hostile mobs. Tested on passive ones, skill does nothing.
  2. It’s supposed to hit multiple targets. Never been able to hit more than one target… (no idea what I’m doing wrong here)
  3. After releasing the charge, your character “slides” like a moron on the map… is that supposed to reflect some kind of gravitic side effect?

You might be overestimating the range of psychic pressure, it really only hits right in front of your hand.

Also for the sliding, i think thats a visual bug which affects a lot of channeling or charging skills, so its unintended.

Psychokino suffered the same fate as Sadhu…

their skill were so good that they got nerf to hell and no matter how much they buff it it will never be the same as before :frowning:

EDIT: Sliding is an error mainly lag, if you slide then you are wasting the skill  welcome to what was my world…

While you channel the skill, you can change directions (as long as you don’t release the key (buttons on controller)), so you won’t waste it.

PP is mainly used on certain builds (Cryomancer Ice Wall, not sure if it trigger Necro’s Dirty Pole shards), but it works pretty well now, specially with Linker and Wiz 3 (sleep with Dream Eater attribute).

Sliding is a glitch due to either lag or missing code parts, probably the first one. I call it South Park Syndrome LOL.

Oh ok, I thought with the description saying “up to 19 targets” it would be a wide range, not small one. Then I guess it’s best to use Magnetic Field first to collide the targets and use PP next to eliminate whatever survived…

PP is mainly used for Ice Walls and Fireballs, which where it truly shines. It doesn’t seem to work with Dirty Pole though.

what I used to do was that and going to a corner after aggro ( focus all incoming enemies into a single point or as close to it as I could) and putting my hand forward and see how the enemies run to a blender xD

@maganimousflame as a necro that disappointed me a lot :frowning:
