@crevox Is Leticia this week correct in terms of nomore token bags or boxes or that’s another bug?
This is a big yikes even with IMCs low standards.
Even if it’s not a scam, it’s a bad mistake and error. The least they should do is either refund or reward them the advertised item and keep it as such.
This is especially the case for the T10 scroll, that is pretty egregious.

Thanks for bringing the issue to our attention. The Transcendence Scroll should be Stage 10 as we have described in the announcement page. Here’s how we’re planning to resolve the issue:
A) For players who have chosen to obtain a Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll
We will be providing you with the number of Blessed Gems required to reach 100% Stage 10 Transcendence (which is 65 at max.).
B) For players who have chosen the Blessed Gem x100 because of the news that Stage 9 Scroll is contained in the box
Send us a ticket with your Server and Team Name details and we will replace the Blessed Gem x100 from your inventory and replace them with a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll
C)For players who have not yet opened the Transcendence Selection Box
We will be replacing the box with the one that contains Stage 10 Transcendence scrolls through a temporary maintenance. Please, open the box after maintenance is over if you want to obtain a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this mix up and thank you yet again for your patience with regards to the issue.
