Why did a random level 210 mob spawn in Tenet Garden by the dungeon area and kill a bunch of level 50 people including me?!

Someone released a Red Orb there to kill the bots or just for fun.
Somebody with a tiny little epeen raged at the fact that he can’t kill other players outright, so he used a loophole to murder players for fun while he slapped the banana furiously.
Now he’s getting laid by swimsuit models because he pooped on other people’s fun.
