Tokens are items that apply certain effects to all your characters in the same server.
Once you use a Token, its effect will last for a period of 30 days.
Token effects
- Market sales tax is reduced from the default 30% to 10%.
- Increase in the number of items you can have listed in the market simultaneously (increases from 1 to 5 when using a Token).
- Ability to learn up to 2 attributes simultaneously.
- +3 increase of movement speed applied to all your characters in the server where the Token is used.
- 10 new Token-exclusive poses for your characters.
- We previously stated that Tokens would allow for 1:1 trading, however currently 1:1 trading is not available

Think about it as a premium subscription. Basically, you can do one more dungeon per day, you can (eventually, when they enable it) trade 1:1 with another token owner (trade items without the use of the market), and some more treats of the like. You may want to google up about what it offers in the korean server, although the international may vary from that.
Btw, it costs like 20 dollars per month, so the top tiers are basically paying for early access plus the tokens, and you get TPs and accesories as additions.

it is the monthly subscription plan in a pay as you want format for supporting the game I am concerned this is going to give those with the “p2w” complainers mentality more wood for the fire justifying they should receive the same benefits for not paying…
