What skills can Rune Caster use?

I remember reading a patch note that they could use all skills (or some), but I wasn’t a runecaster to see which skills could be used. If anyone knows the skills that can be used by runecaster could you list them here?

While in the giant form, rune casters are able to use all wizard class skills (energy bolt, lethargy, sleep, earthquake, reflect shield, surespell, quick cast and magic missile), and, obviously, all rune caster skills.
