I just joined Klai.
The servers are on the east coast anyways I believe so you should be all set.
You just need to dl it off of steam and you should be able to play.

Yeah the open beta is open now so all the listed servers are up right now.

All of the servers are on the East Coast, but the EU and SEA will be moving later. Klai and Oroso are both staying on the East Coast.
I wouldnt join Klei. Its nothing but lag because theres too many people on it.
