What language do the people of SEA server use?

Life in SEA:

  1. Some dood spams tagalog shouts in chat
  2. People say ‘wtf dood go speak english’
  3. Filipinos counter flame by telling them to mind their own business
  4. Filipinos get flamed
  5. Everyone runs out of microphones
  6. Wait 20 hrs
  7. Repeat

It but it gets a bit tiring when they just shout in a foreign language all day and when asked to shout in english they just go “lol mind ur bznz scrubs”, so I guess they deserved the flame.

The other SEA nations are surprisingly tame compared to the filipinos… I don’t understand why they do this…

Me and my friends are Filipinos and prefer using english in shout. In normal chat or party chat it depends though, sometimes we mix it with both with the exception of using full english if we have a party mate coming from a different country.

Im Thai and i have to confirm that mostly of Thai may not influence in english. But dont worry if they want to talk to you they will try to use the language.

And for pinoy, even they want to communicate with you even they are great in english, they will use tagalog

We speak english, and putang ina mo < this is the most common phrase pinoy uses, I don’t know what does it mean though.

I will not defend those megaphone hogs who give a bad rap to our 7,108 islands by being complete arseholes in world chat. there are more than 100 million Filipinos around the world and they’re too few to represent our diverse people and culure.

just ignore them, report/block do whatever’s necessary to find your peace, but please don’t lump us, the well-meaning Filipino players together with those bastards. their awful gamer “attitude” is not foreign to other nationalities, they just tend to be louder because unfortunately they brought over their incessant trash talking from the now defunct Philippine RO servers where world chat moderation was unheard of.

if there’s anything those bastards are really good at is dragging a pissing contest to infinity. like you, we’re tired of them, too.

There are quite a huge community of Portuguese in Malaysia and also BR’s are here too.
