Inequality is on ADN level, you can’t fix it if it’s the rule of nature its self, can reduce it though
Equality never exist. Everyone has a different definition on equality.
You have to define what do you mean by equality first.
I think you need to make a difference between relative and absolute equality. For example take a look at gender equality (this is just my point of view and how i define equality):
- relative equality means that all ppl, regardless of gender, have equal chances of getting a job (or whatever is on hand).
- absolute equality means 50% of a certain group of ppl having that, or a comparable job, are male/female. If this is archieved by ignoring qualification and eligibility, you got something wrong.
Sadly, parts of this world are enforcing absolute equality right now… And I hear, in (parts of) USA it’s even worse? Can anyone maybe post his thoughts about what’s going on in high schools and colleges regarding this topic?

Equality is a myth. Humanity by definition can not be equal.
There is nothing such as equality in this world. Every living organism are unique in one way or another.

Are we talking about gender equality? If we are, imo men and women are made to compliment each other. They can’t be equal 'cuz they’ve got different needs. Case in point, women who are in labor will need special attention and caring. They shouldn’t do the hard job associated with men since there’s a baby inside their womb. On the other hand, men should know that ~extreme~ patriarchy is so last century. Women aren’t toys nor are they damsels in distress. Being chivalrous is always fine, but being an oppressive jerk isn’t.

Asking our say on equality is almost on the same level of “What exactly is normal”. Differs between multiple different people depending on region, race, childhood, and experiences.
But since people are born in different regions of the world, are difference human races, grow up differently in their childhood, and also experience unique things during their life. That means everyone is different on the inside even if they looked exactly the same on the outside. Not one person is the same and it’s hard to have equality between everyone.
As far as equality goes for each single person to be equal to anyone else no matter what, that’s a dream that’s not coming true any time in the future. Unless it’s forced by giving people two choices and one of them being a death penalty, and I’m pretty sure everyone doesn’t want to go down that route.
