It’s a place where fans are translating [almost] everything of the game. IMC Games is behind this project.

Git is a “distributed revision control system”, it’s a tool commonly used by programmers to collaborate in the development of software, so they can work separately, and it also helps to post and review fixes to specific parts of the whole codebase. Github is a web service that provides Git repositories, they provide public repositories for free. They also provide statistics of the contributors.
IMC made a public account on Github ( https://github.com/Treeofsavior/EnglishTranslation) to make it easier for the community to translate the game.
