When I’m playing the game, I usually don’t feel up to reading all the dialog. I’ve tried to Google it but didn’t find anything.
I keep meeting goddesses, and I’m sure they have great personalities and something important to say and since I’m not playing right now, does anyone have a link or know the story?
I dunno, how about you actually read the dialog if you’re so curious? Maybe that is a start.

Isn’t that just the story up until the startime of the game? The question is more tuned towards what happens as you progress through the game

How come youre interested in the story but dont feel like reading it? Thats weird.
Its a long story, make a new character and read the orange quests at least.
It’s more that while I’m playing the game I don’t feel like reading, but since I’m not on right now, I’d like to catch up on the story I’ve missed so far
You are the Revelator who can gain access to revelations from the goddesses but you do a lot of sh*t for people you’ve just met just to make them happy.
Because I assume that others, like me, feel that you should take the time to read the story that the writers of the game worked on. Not to mention the other players who worked to assist in the translation project on github. It’s not just hours of work but months and months of hard effort that you click through when you skip dialogue.
So yes, maybe instead of just asking you should take some time to read the text in game. The basic story behind the game is at the top. The rest you should find out for yourself or actually do some searching on the forums and fan sites because the information is out there.

Holy fcking sht, what is WRONG with this community? These forums are jam packed with fcking assholes. If anyone asked this question on another forum, people would just volunteer information. It’s insane! Please fck off to another game and stop poisoning this one.
Anyway, @mvingaming, all I know is that a goddess foresaw some kind of disaster involving the demons, so she split her power into lots of revelations and hid the bits around the world. I’m planning on grinding to max level, then making an alchemist, then slowly following the story on a third character. Unfortunately I’ve only got a gist of the plot, due to the fact that most of us are trying to hit rank 7 for (a) the cool factor and (b) the ability to get great loot and get a foothold in the market before the game opens up.
I’m sure some lore-holics will show up soon and be able to tell you the blow-by-blow elements of the story
