How to know what level repair the squire is offering?
I actually base this on looking what circle the squire is(character info), I never come to circle 1 squires for repairs and at my level, my price range is always near the NPC blacksmith’s original pricing or if I’m lucky, cheaper.
Circle 1 Squire: 90% chance that they’re over pricing and rip you off.
Circle 2 Squire: 95% of the time legit and price it reasonably. Most keep their repairs at level 5, but there are some that go 10.
Circle 3 Squires: Also keep their repairs to 5-10 to put points in other things, but also more trustworthy. Very rare to find a douche overpricing it.
i have never seen a squire offer repairs that wasn’t like 10x what the BS charges.

This. The fk was the developer thinking by setting the tax rate so high? The added dura-bonus is not worth the added price, period.
If you feel that the blacksmith is cheaper then I have to believe you aren’t a high enough level, or just aren’t wearing very high level gear. Blacksmith is around 18K for me, I can usually repair for around 12K at a decently priced squire.
If only this 50% tax never exist huh?
