I quit a few months before rank 9 hit, and I’m wondering if there is any end game now, or is it still just Tree of AltSalad?

If you don’t have any particular goal then you already have your own answer.
Or do anything repetitive content basically. getting better gear to all your alts and silver sink anvil till you have 0 potential.

And like this^ guy said, unless you have a personal goal, then there is no end game content.
Being aware of this, my own goal is max lv100 attributes and trans 10 as of the moment for my main

Agree. Maybe even not just for the main, specially trying out others builds (from the same tree or from another one).
There also new classes coming and new stuff (gear eg)
No exist the real end Game… why this are a MMO, and have updates and Changes.
Only have objetives to future, for example, have the actual best equip, make all the quest or have all you PJ to maximun level. But that no a real end game for in future the maximun level will be superior and news equip, raids, quest … can be create.
Yup, just like those players who spent hours and hours to farm orange weapon mats on dpk, then on drop rate, and then a few months later, those same recipes have been accessible to all player with almost no farming time required during the coin event. 
So what is considered end game? Any example from other top mmo?
I played RO longest and end game for me is WoE which I still don’t see the direction of guild war in TOS.
