Using the First 6 Circles. Whats the best leveling Build to get me to the 7th circle?

pelt hop3
pelt+anything with good weapon and hitbox

What else has good hit boxes?

For pel Hop3 I assume last Circle is Doppel for Cyclone and Double Pay Earn (Bosses?)
