So, you said that the high CON and low INT is still viable for damage so how much should be invested or what ratio of CON:INT should she do?
What about the cleric? What sort of builds would be best for him?
Yeah, it seems like the best option! Iād still like to hear others as far as DDs/Tank builds that would work well also just in case she doesnāt want to play an elementalist.

I personally donāt like playing by ratio as I typically prefer only to put enough points into CON to survive contents and then throw the rest of the stats into the classes respective main stats. As a baseline for both of you Iād start out going 90 CON rest into INT and see how well you fare from there as thereās a variety of sources you can gain HP from. You can push it a little higher to 100 if you still plan to duo exclusively. On a side note, clericās heal is % based but also scales with INT.
Thaumaturge with any class that got many mutihit or DoT skill or high atk speed and crit rate 
Wiz3 is painful to level. Ele3 is very powerful but itās a long and tough road. Quick Cast + Meteor is hard to replace. A good alternative is wiz1/cryo1/linker1/ele3/warlock1. Donāt get Meteor without wiz3.
