What is The Best DPS build with Thaumaturge 3 ? or Chronomancer 3?

DPS with 3 Thaumaturge or 3 Chronomancer ??

Chronomancer doesn’t give any damage to a Wizard. Do something with Thaumaturge.

Or you could be a muscle wizard and hit stuff with your staff. I wouldn’t call it a dps build though.
