What is medal exchange? how to get Medal? im so confuse … it dint explain anything on TP shop too… anyone can gv me the answer ~ tq

Yah, the items outta the cube, you can exchange for those medals and then trade those medals for other things.
Now I would guess. The exchange rate isnt the greatest. But that’s the general idea.
Just a rough example.
Say I got a sailor moon dress outta one of those cubes. But I was like “NOOOO!, I wanted a Sushi hat”. You could trade that sailor moon dress for those medals to hopefully exchange for the sushi hat, using this medal exchange. But usually these exchanges arent 1:1. So you might need to trade 2 sailor moon dresses for 1 sushi hat. This is just a hypothetical example.
