"What is in the box...?" quest at Coastal Fortress

Does anyone know how to get to this quest? When I walk in the general area, I can’t proceed because the camera stops moving and there’s like an invisible wall I marked in RED that I can’t pass.

EDIT: I finally got through somehow. Apparently progressing through a few more quests allows you to get over the cursed wall?

Yes, i cant walk in that area too, after cleared the quest, it allow me to reach the box

The initial quest (the small chase) when you arrive in that map is causing the camera to stuck. A relog or channel switch fixes it.
