The issue start from embratel node, so it’s not problem on the server as far as I can see, don’t bother too much tho, BR internet is one of the worst in the world (last time I saw it was ranked 87th place), I am paying for 50Mbits fiber service and they can only provide 20Mbits, and it is in the contract that the max they can guarantee is 20% of the total speed.
Also Anatel don’t give a ■■■■ about complains unless something that is not as bad as this.
Also, when it rains, the internet become literary lagging.
So, welcome to BR internet. lol
PS: Just because we have these kind of problems doesn’t mean that ToS server is a shitty codded one.

The issue is related to Net Virtua it appears, two of my friends use the same ISP and are facing the same problem.
