no idea, but the effect was after swell body ceased

Swell body increases your maximum hp.
Half of your hp will go puff, as you don’t get heals.
Decay ticks off your maximum hp.
When he changes back to his normal hp. Decay will still tick with the increased hp, killing him nearly.
Only thing i’m not sure of is.
That it didn’t tick before swell. Most likely lag?

the description only says " Enemies affected by Decay receive additional damage from Missile attacks."

But decay had a dot effect.
As far as i can remember.
It was like bleeding to that effect.
Only weird that it didnt start to tick … maybe it tought hes full health and it ticked … but never showed, duo it ticking awa fake hp which didn’t exist?
Oka yits a bug.
Just noticed.
It shows 1/1 hp … there’s somethign wrong there xD. Normally that shouldn’t happen.
