For some reason ToS_Client.exe has been infected by a virus? I downloaded it from steam and my AVG anti virus said ToS has a virus called Adload_r.

False-Positive, anti virus tend to happen, its normal. last time i used AVG, it block my other game too, then i change to Avast, and now i dont use antivirus anymore.
just whitelist you steam folder,
