Facebook groups, Steam groups, and also anything created on a “Free website builder (Google it to know what I mean.”. Dont count as an actual Fansite, and they should be otherwise advertised in the Community forum.
For everyone trying to make a fansite, you should understand what actually counts as one and what doesn’t.
Facebook groups, Steam groups, and whatever else that count as something similar, do not count as a fansite.
If you are using a some kind of online thing where you can create a free website such as something similar to Weebly, that does not count as a fansite (Although if you’re paying for hosting something on Weebly yourself and also to unlock all features, it’ll count as long as people are able to register their own accounts on it and you have a unique domain.).
All in all, a real Fansite is something that you are paying yourself to host the website or a group of people are. People are able to register their own accounts on the site to have access to the forums. Your fansite should also have things that pertain to Tree of Savior, such as a Skill/Class/Build Simulator. Or either some form of a wiki for your registered members to find information on the game.
Be sure your fansite has a substantial amount of registered members actually using it, for it to be official. A good way to start having members is to actually make your fansite have some kind of use for everyone who wants to register. They aren’t going to register for no reason. Some people like to register on a fansite so they will have access to the many utilities one can give. Such as something like a forum to discuss things about the game, simulators that people can test and play around with, a wiki that registered members can contribute to. Don’t forget you also have to be up to date and keep watch on all kinds of Tree of Savior news, so that you can inform your registered members of these things.
If you’re simply creating a fansite just for the Beta Keys, you’re going at it in the wrong direction and reason.
