What is accepted as a Fansite, and what is not (Important to know.)

Facebook groups, Steam groups, and also anything created on a "Free website builder (Google it to know what I mean.". Dont count as an actual Fansite, and they should be otherwise advertised in the Community forum. For everyone trying to make a fansite, you should understand what actually counts as one and what doesn't. You tell him, I would consider a fansite as an established website with its own host. rather than a group of friends using steam or fagbook as a host for thier “fan site” all in all I don’t beleive in fagbook being a “fan site”.
