I heard it’s gonna be nerfed. If I’m not wrong, you can only stack Toy’s Hammer effect by auto attacking with the nerf.

Yep, but it’s not from KR. I saw a video where skills were not adding any stacks (from KR server). Might be wrong for Physical type skills.
Been leveling with a Toy Hammer a Diev/Pally and auto atks (however not extra atks from Cafrisum neither Sacrament anymore RIP Chaplains) normally add the debuff, as well as skill usages which does Strike kinda dmg. For example, Smite is adding the debuff, however Carve that is piercing dmg is not.
