What if, i sue IMC for posting irrelevant and vague fixes?

IMC were posting notices of bug fixes stating that it was fixed (many times) but in the first place it isn’t fixed at all.

Heyy IMC, how will you prove your statements?

Nothing better to welcome new player event with reset bugs

There’s nothing legally binding IMC to post anything to the forums at all.

I wasn’t talking about those discussions here in forums, instead those notices of “FIXED” in their news updates which are over a month or more now.

There’s nothing legally binding them to post there either.
IMC could stop answering tickets, releasing any public information, and you couldn’t do anything about it.

I don’t think you kids know the first thing about law, but I do like these ballsy threads you make. It’s like a coming of age thing.

Keep that cap high my toddlers. One day you will look back on this day and cringe hard. Really hard.

Heres a solution than creating this kind of thread which won’t do anything. Boycott IMC and don’t play tree of failure.

Not trying to defend IMC here, but you would lose because you didn’t pay for them writing easily understandable patchnotes for you and you didn’t pay for these patches/fixes nor for access to the game, since this game is free to play.

Since this game is free to play, IMC doesn’t owe you anything unless you purchase a cash shop item, in which case the only responsibility for them is to make sure that the item you purchased is working correctly.

Could you give an example?

In general : Just because some bug was fixed it does not mean that that fix didn’t introduce new bugs or that other already existing bugs have a similar effect.
For example, if fireball is bugged and they wrote in the patchnotes “fixed a bug causing the skill fireball to behave not correctly” it does not neccessarily mean that they fixed all bugs that fireball has, and of course this new “fix” could cause fireball to bug out in a different way.

This is a for fun thread, i do understand that there’s no legally binding IMC to post here since all online games has flaws regarding their laws.

Check this link below:

Are the reset bug and 0% map exploration ain’t enough? They already posted “fixed” numerous times every week every maintenance. Still many can’t complain about this matter since they are all bored or lazy to post and create forum account just to complain for these bugs.

EDIT: I hope IMC doesn’t ninja edited those posts.

its ok…your not the only one who is suffering… i mean… every time these bug resets happens…i asked myself what am i going to do today… TOS was my life… lolz! :joy:

but i like the idea of you suing IMC… for not able to play TOS… hehe… but honestly im serious about this… i really want to know on how we or you can sue IMC… on the regards of falsely advertising that the bugs are fixed but they’re arent.

Rofl well for starters you can’t even sue over that for sooooo many reasons. You could try but it would most likely just end up costing you a large sum of money you would never get back.

What I read:
“Abandon ship!”

Yeah well, you can’t even attend the court hearing since you’ll be busy doing your labor (Saalus).
