Didn’t Dragoon have a Rank 10 like how Doppel and Fencer have their own? Where did that go? I see Doppel and Fencer still have their own R10 attribute?

Dragoon was a rank 7 class as Doppel and Fencer were rank 6, thus it never had such attribute.

Opsie indeed, I was sure only rank 6 classes got those but now that you listed it i recall featherfoot and warlock having them.
