does that cd+2s mean +2s cooldown per lvl of the attribute?
Cartar Stroke has a passive knockdown effect when you use it.
Knockdown is an effect where your opponents got thrown after they got hit.
If you have that attribute, your opponents will get thrown further because that attribute increases the power, the range of the knockdown.
I personally never took that attribute because I need to chase down my opponent if they get knockdown, makes it troublesome & inefficient.

It should be noted that the remove knockback attribute allows all of the attacks to land whereas normally it would throw smaller mobs out of range or can’t hit them when they are knocked down.
I mention this because it can’t be used with this one, and it also doesn’t increase the cooldown and is probably a better option.
