Oddly enough they do read the forums quite a bit!

If reading the forums fixed the issues and apply what we have been suggesting since CBT 1 we would have a wonderful game.

But they decided to go with…

Maybe they will turn over a new leaf and have some kind of New Years Resolution? Or just keep everything in shambles and release shiny new cute Christmas stuff! Can’t wait for that sleigh mount pet~

You already had the answer. There won’t be any improvement from now on.

And look what has became of the Cash Shop, you have to expend hundreds or thousands of dollars to TRY get a costume you want, or keep trying till you have enough medals to buy one in the Exchange Shop.

If the KR players accept this kind of thing, i can only call them retards, because to waste that amount of money to get a thing in a game that you eventually will get bored, because of lack of content and no uniqueness in the same content, and leave, also leaving behind your wasted money on it.

They don’t know how to do business, they don’t know how to fix and even develop further their own project, they only wait for money flow in, release one significant thing every now and then, and keep going in the same pace.

The only thing they really meant in last year’s interview is: “Not everyone will like our game…”.

At least, this company left a huge impression on me, and i know i can’t expect anything good from it in their future projects.

Hypothetical question here for you: If this game was actually semi-balanced and playable without bugs/lag would you invest more into it?

This is actually a serious question here coming from someone whose not playing this game right now but others and spending money on them.

If they had a reasonable CS, reasonable updates and serious employers doing what is needed to be done i would invest, i was one of the players who bought the Founders Pack when they announced it.

About the CS, i would go for microtransactions like costumes, hair styles, dyes (hair and skin), iris (not that i will stop to zoom in and look the char eyes), weapon/shield/sub skins, account utilities like Token, char slots, team rename, server transfer, bank slots/tabs, companions (no special attributes, only visual), companions skin/costume, no enchant scrolls, etc…

I am all in for those.

I think it’s pretty reasonable too and people do it on Path of Exile with cosmetics. I’m also someone whose gave them around $200 on the founder packs and feel shorted by where the direction has gone for no good reason. They will never have me back as a perspective customer ever again honestly unless they come out of the closet and apologize for everything and fix stuff.

I recently had a problem with not receiving what I purchased on a mobile game then after a NIGHTMARE between the game company’s support Google and Paypal I’m never using them ever again. Over a simple $60 transaction they have lost literally thousands of dollars I am going to spend else where due to bad policy and support.

That’s the main problem this company itself has made. Hopefully they read this and have learned something that short term gains do not pay off in the long run losing customers because you’re too cheap. And if you’re someone still playing reading this and have had doubts about IMC’s intentions then honestly you’re a fool. They are going to cash in on mobile and write this off so fast it’s already done.

But hey! There’s always hope right…like Donald Trump could actually make America great again and do everything he said. :joy:

I would be spending lots in cosmetics if it didn’t feel like ToS will simply announce they’re closing cause they can’t get money back because no one wants to pay/play because IMC never got their $%¨#* together.

Considering they actually DO read the forums and everything is in their hands you’d think this is true given their defeated response of doing absolutely nothing about it. Then the PR they do give is usually just lies and denies with false hopes and empty dreams.

The money from PC is going to mobile, and i can see them canceling the PC version to go with mobile, because it is easier to deal with that platform and easy to create money making stuff in there.

For me, almost all mobile MMO or close to that are money grabber crap, you have P2W police, you have Stamina that you have to pay $$ if you want to keep playing, otherwise you have to wait a few hours, content is boring and repetitive, the only difference is the skin (background, music, etc…).

Well, we can’t do nothing if they want to go that way, another waste of time and money for us, too bad we can’t make petitions for refund, i don’t feel that the money i wasted in this game, like some others, was well spent, i feel robbed of the proposed fun, where in reality, never existed.

These don’t exist even if you have a legit reason. That problem I had over $60 with the game server giving me an error for item delivery has taught me that one. I went through the game developer’s support site which gave me the run around not responding for over a week, then opened a Paypal dispute about not receiving my product, and even called Google three different times.

Want to know what happened? Paypal closed my dispute and didn’t even say why and after calling them they said there was a receipt so it’s valid. Google tells me they won’t refund because of their terms of service stating you can only do that within 24 hours even if you don’t receive anything. The game company has it setup to not even respond within 24 hours for support so it’s all a scam.

I stopped using Paypal, Google Play, and just moved to Amazon’s app store with their coin system over that. Kinda felt like this game with their shoddy support and problems they had originally with people getting packs due to region locking. Tons of people got screwed and IMC is prolly just like “Oh well we got your money! Ha-ha~”

So the mobile platform suits them quite well for this purpose. It’s prolly easier on their servers and everything is handled by Google along with free advertisement on the app store to millions of people. It’s a fresh reboot for them and an escape of this crumbling empire of lies.

I have a similar problem on Steam, i bought Killing Floor 2 when it was in the first month of Earlier Access, it worked fine, even on Win 10 insider edition, i removed to install other stuff and left, after 4 or 5 months later, i decided to play again, guess what happened, the game don’t start, return a crash error, tried all the solutions from devs and community, even outside Steam, still not working, left for a couple more months, same crap, don’t start with the same error.

Asked for refund, can’t get one because i have more than 2 hours of game play, in fact i have 5 hours, exactly the time i played when i bought the the game, now i have an useless game in my library that cost some money, i could had bought other games that at least work lol.

I was one of the fools who bought founder pack as well…lol…I should’ve joined that mass exodus in june, but I held on for far longer than expected. Now that all friends are done with the game, there’s nothing left to really play except Tree of Forums. I tried to get a refund on my unopened founders pack, but I couldn’t because I was over 2 hours in the game already.

Never.Again.Will.I.Be.Fooled.By.IMC.

The fact that Mr.Kim reads the forums and does nothing to address the concerns of players just reinforces what players have been sensing all along - IMC just wants their money without taking pride in providing a solid game.

Considering they have a couple of you still muted I would say no. But then again they also have not just out right banned everyone. The weirdest part is that when I looked at the moderator list and saw those random names I thought that some hues could actually be IMC messing with everyone.
