What does an average day for a full sup C>P3>C>Oracle/Chaplain>PD look like?

Hi all,

I’ve been following this guide to a T: http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/build/up2aeynmck/

For folks who are familiar (I’m a noob), what does an average day for this build consists of?

How does this build perform in high level PVP?
How’s your solo grind on this build? Party grind?
My role in groups? I’m lvl 40 and I’m buffing and healing folks but I do no damage to mobs around my level. Do I just sit back and keep buffs up?
Lastly, for folks who did see any kind of endgame for PD, did it seem fun for you?

Thanks!

Why are u doing no damage?!

Did u train ur blessing attribute? It increases 2 per level. Small i know, but at max level (50) thats additional +100 bonus attack to ur blessing.

It takes some time to learn but its worth it. You will be soloing stuff and aiding ur party with dps, and theirs, a hell lot more at your level!

  1. very strong a support which every one need.
  2. depend on how well you know the game. you can solo but it much slower than party
  3. you cast buff stuffs then normal attack as much as you can.(depend on situation)
  4. i’m sure not happy if i missing good dps skill such Incineration.
  5. (3)
  6. (3) if that fun for you. you question should be about endgame Chaplain not PD. PD is just a class to add cc protection and Incineration for me.

Sacrament Lv 1 makes me sad ._.

Sacrament is the most important skill to max XD … and you can sell it easily with max level …

sell?
//20charrrrrrrrrrr

Oopz I guess OP doesn’t want to sell buffs :3 ~Pardoner …

I think P3 is priest 3 not Pardoner

You won’t be doing damage like the other classes but, Priests’ Sacrament + Blessing gives you pretty strong auto attacks. Especially against enemies weak to holy. Chaplain’s aspergilium (dunno how its spelled) makes your auto attack proc the former priest skill, even stronger auto’s with aoe.

The game is hella fresh and isn’t anywhere near balanced. For example, exorcism+ magnus exorcism has really bad reputation as a skill. Which is suppose to be the main active skill for priest and chaplain. Fingers crossed they buff it soon.

If you don’t like auto attacking you might want to play another class for now.

This is a typical chaplain cookie cutter build. It got most things right, but like others said, you’d want to max sacrament before aspersion.

For PVP, it’s not as good as some FS because chaplain is totally useless. You aren’t going to run around and melee people with your hammer. It’s essentially a dead class and you are better off with almost any other class. That said, you’ll still be fine since you have the backbone priest 3, cleric 2, pd.

Solo grind and party grind are not going to be a problem in any way.

Your role in group is mostly support. Just go easy on buffs - you don’t want to erase people’s more useful buffs unless there’s a krivis. You can also buy daino scrolls.

Are you priest 2 yet? Most of your damage will come from sacrament and blessing(make sure you upgrade its attribute asap). After you become chaplain, you’ll receive another damage boost.

PD is powerful, but a bit overrated imo. It removes some debuffs for sure, but that doesn’t make you immune to cc like some people claim. Psycho can cc a pd all day. It’s really priest 3 stone skin that gives pd the bad rep.

I’m C1Pr2 atm and I actually do enough dmg if I use all my buffs. (I lvled up bless attributes)
Plus I can solo any boss much easier than with my wiz for example cause I never run out of mana or hp.
Gonna take a lvl of krivis for sweet daino tho

Thanks, so should I max out all attributes on blessing and sacrament asap?

Thanks for the detailed response! I accidentally maxed out deprotection zone instead of cure, should I use a skill reset pot?

yes absolutely. put either 1 or 0 point in it.

Quick question also, this build says to leave sacrament at lvl 1. Can you advise?

Thanks! Also the build I linked says I should get only lvl 1 in sacrament and max asperation instead. Is that ill advised?

Leave it at level 1 or 2, you dont need the dmg once your over 200+. Dont waste 14 skillpoints! Same goes for blessing.

chaplain gets more damage from sacrament than aspersion so it doesn’t make too much sense taking aspersion over sacrament.

I was considering making a chaplain and half of that idea was for PvP. Can you maybe elaborate on this a little? Am I going to regret it completely if I try to chaplain PvP? If I just want to PvE or solo farm will it be fine as long as auto attack doesn’t make me want to gouge my eyes out? I don’t mind if it’s a little underwhelming, but if it’s absolutely worthless in PvP and a headache in PvE I will reconsider.

I guess the top 50 in kToS is wrong and this guy is right. Pycho > PD lmao.
