Take Peltasta instead of Sword on Rank 2 and you are golden. I haven’t seen the build, but at least correct the second Rank.
Yep Peltasta at C2 instead swordman is the best option for solo/party lvl
i went with the swordsman c2 cuz of the stun but changing it for peltasta was my idea too 
but rank 6 for doppel is good? i thought it would be nice to have cyclone + the other 2 skills

I think points from spear throw can be put into pierce instead. Even though spear throw now has 0 CD, you still get a drop to attack and have to pick up your spear every time you throw it. I’d also put at least 1 point into long stride for utility. Doppelsoelder build looks fine, though maybe consider putting a point into Mordschalg for CC? Dragoon build is fine too, though personally I’d move the point from Dragon Soar to max Dragon Tooth if you don’t care about CC too much.
You can spam ST under your feet, picking it up instantly, you know.
