Please give me pros and cons I really want to try this class but i dont get betaket so please talk with me im so lonely… ;___;
If you want to try something, just try it. If you don’t enjoy it reroll. In my personal opinion, i think it would make for a more PvE oriented class, but traps take a while to set up, are expensive and have EXTREMELY high cool downs. Its also not the greatest at PvP because of these reasons, and the damage the traps do is meh… Its not a GREAT class, but its not a bad one either.

I’d look at sapper as more of a party class. It can definitely solo; in fact, there are many videos of it doing so, but in a party when other players can group the mobs together is when you’ll shine.

I am up for trying it, but from what I have seen from players of the previous betas, apparently constantly making the traps or finding the materials or whatnot gets tiresome for what they do. Not enough payoff I guess. Add to that that at least one skill, Broom Trap, apparently can only be used with materials you get from a boss or certain monster - the materials can’t be bought.
That would be tiresome. Removing that might be one of the tweaks they do to the game’s western release. On the upside, sappers did get a free trap recently. The stack trap. Not too deadly, but short CD (if I remember correctly) and doesn’t cost any items!
In iCBT all the materials could be bought in the class NPC and other NPCs.
