I am thinking about runecaster, wiz3/ele3/runecaster, does frost cloud and hail combo with rune of ice?
Don’t quote me on this but i think i’ve read somewhere that rune of ice doesn’t work on “fire and forget” spell,just on targeted spell like the cryo’s

Currently working on a Wiz 3 and Cryo 3, with the goal of taking Rune caster. I am personally waiting to hear if they get buffed before I continue any further, or for future classes that can further take advantage of Quickcast and Runecaster…
People seem to be of the opinion Runecasters are fairly weak, although I have not been able to see for myself yet…
None of them combo with Isa (Rune of Ice).
Rune Caster is for Cryo, not for Elementalist I believe.
You’d have 2 meteors though… (which is not as good as it looks like)
Ice Rune does not work with Frost Cloud or Hail.
Most people use it with Cryo’s Ice Wall maxed and someone that’s good at shattering it. It is a viable for all PvE content including earth tower. But not with elementalist.
