What do these numbers mean?

When people post there build it always look something like this : Sword3 Highlander3 NakMuay Murmillo1 Matador1. What do the numbers mean?

those builds are from way too many years ago, class system was different. Now it’s just 3 classes.

so those numbers have no relativence to today’s build

Correct, zero relevance. They are old and that system is not used in TOS anymore.
