Settings -> Key Settings -> (Mouse Mode) -> System Menu
There are 3 options named UI Mode:
- Single Click: Shift Z
- Double Click: Shift X
- Wheel Up: Shift C

it will lock your keys and change to UI mode, which you movement keys become UI movement instead of characters (like nintendo menu thingy, which you use movement keys to choose “inventory” or “class” etc)
those keybind are for that
