Good single target and good aoe.
highlander/barbarian for sure.
Good overall dmg, good defense without any investment.
Most of all, dashing speed from one spot to another. Lowest investment for the most bang.
Technically some wiz class should be best at high level due to numerous AoE… but they need to have a companion to ride on, not to mention alot of leveling first.
