I was following the aspersion dps int build then to my surprise, aspersion became a 1 time damage skill when it was supposed to be a magical buffs damage. Now my build is ruin and I have to rethink…
Is there any other changes did you notice?

You’re confusing aspergillum with aspersion.
Aspersion always worked that way.
Did notice heal and cure dmg can be resisted now, did magic def get buffed?
